​only | silk is currently offering free express shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $65.

 

flat rate shipping applies to all other online orders.

​return and refunds

at only | silk, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

this is why we offer 28 days for change of mind returns when the item is unused and in its original packaging. simply return the product at your own expense and we'll take care of the rest. all refunds will be processed only after the item has been received to our warehouse. delivery fees are not refundable and for orders with free shipping, the cost of delivery method will be subtracted from the refund.

due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns where the item has been used, unless it is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. but, in the rare chance that you use the product and decide it's not for you, simply return the product at your own expense and we will gladly provide a refund for half the purchase price (excluding shipping) as a gesture of goodwill.
